You said it was connected to a network A (e.g. 192.168.1.0 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 or /24) and now you are connected to network B (e.g. 192.168.2.0 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 or /24). Your device had an ip address assigned in the old network, could be 192.168.1.99 this ip can not communicate with the new network 192.168.2.0, you need fir to find out what is the new network address and subnet you need to ask your network admin.
